What Our Warranty Covers
Most repairs at Oasis Savvy come with a lifetime warranty (warranty details) on parts and labor. This includes screen replacements, charging port repairs, and most other services we offer. If the same issue comes back due to a defect in the part or our workmanship, bring it back and we’ll make it right at no charge.
Battery replacements come with a 6-month warranty. Batteries are consumable components — their lifespan depends on usage habits, charging patterns, and the device itself. Six months gives you a solid window to confirm the new battery is performing as it should.
What the Warranty Doesn’t Cover
Our warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship. It does not cover:
- New physical damage after the repair (drops, cracks, bent frames)
- Water or liquid damage that occurs after the repair
- Issues unrelated to the original service performed
If you bring in a phone for a screen replacement and later drop it, that’s a new repair — not a warranty claim. The warranty applies specifically to the work we did and the parts we used.
How to Use Your Warranty
Using your warranty is straightforward — no paperwork, no hassle:
- Bring the device back to our shop. You don’t need your original receipt — we keep records of every repair we do, so we can look up your service history by your name or phone number.
- We inspect the issue. Our technician will check whether the problem is related to the original repair (covered) or new damage (not covered). This takes just a few minutes.
- If it’s a warranty issue, we fix it free of charge. Same process, same quality parts, same day in most cases.
There’s no fine print designed to deny your claim. If the part we installed or the work we did is the cause of the problem, we take care of it.
Why a Warranty Matters When Choosing a Repair Shop
Not all repair shops offer the same warranty coverage. Some offer 30 or 90 days. Some have fine print that makes it difficult to actually use the warranty. A few offer no warranty at all.
Before choosing a repair shop, ask these questions:
- How long does the warranty last?
- Does it cover both parts and labor?
- What specific exclusions apply?
- Do you need to keep a receipt, or do they track repairs internally?

What About the Manufacturer Warranty?
If your device is still under the original manufacturer warranty, it’s worth checking what’s covered before coming in. In many cases, manufacturer warranties don’t cover the most common issues — cracked screens, for example, are almost universally excluded. They also typically require you to ship your device in and wait days or weeks for a turnaround.
For most people in Keller and Fort Worth, a local repair with a clear warranty policy is the faster and more practical option.
