Warranty by Service

What “Lifetime Warranty” Means

Our lifetime warranty covers the parts we install and the labor performed for the entire lifetime of the part. If the replacement part we installed develops a defect — dead pixels, touch issues, display problems, adhesion failure — bring it back and we will fix it at no charge.

What Is NOT Covered

• New physical damage — If you drop your device again and crack the replacement screen, that is new damage and not a warranty claim.
• Water or liquid damage — Liquid exposure after the repair is not covered.
• Unauthorized modifications — If another shop or a DIY attempt modifies our repair work, the warranty is voided.
• Normal wear and tear — Minor cosmetic changes over time (light scratches on screen protectors, etc.) are not defects.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Bring your device in. Visit us at 3588 Golden Triangle Blvd, Suite 100, Keller TX 76244. No appointment needed.
2. We inspect the repair. Our technician will check whether the issue is a part defect or new damage.
3. If it is covered, we fix it free. Parts and labor included. Most warranty repairs are done same day.

Do I need my receipt for a warranty claim?

It helps, but we keep records of all repairs. Just bring your device in and we can look it up.

Can I get a refund instead of a warranty repair?

Our warranty covers repair or replacement of the installed part. Refunds are handled under our separate refund policy.

Does the warranty transfer if I sell my device?

Yes. The warranty follows the device, not the owner.
