Reasons for this refund and warranty policy
We are having this Refund and Warranty Policy in order to protect our customers’ rights and to commit to high-quality service. You may be dissatisfied with our service or our product when the device or product does not work properly. Please understand that we are not the manufacturer. We do not produce the parts used to repair your device or the products we sell. Even though we commit to using high-quality parts and products, we are not able to control the quality of every item. The part or product, therefore, might function improperly. We call these defective items. We are willing to replace them at no extra charge. Please read the details of both parts of this policy carefully.
I. Warranty Policy
ALL REPAIR SERVICES AT OASIS SAVVY ARE COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY POLICY. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR REPAIR SERVICES. INSTEAD, WE WARRANTY THE PARTS WE INSTALL AND THE WORKMANSHIP WE PERFORM. COVERAGE LENGTH DEPENDS ON THE PART. SEE THE FULL TABLE ON OUR WARRANTY TERMS PAGE.
1) Coverage by service
- Screen replacement (aftermarket / OLED) — iPhone, iPad, Samsung — Lifetime
- Screen replacement (Original / OEM) — 1 year
- Back glass replacement — Lifetime
- Battery replacement — 6 months
- Charging port repair — 90 days
- PC / laptop repair — 90 days
- Water damage / microsoldering — 30 days
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the installed part. If the part we installed develops a defect — dead pixels, touch issues, display problems, adhesion failure, similar — bring the device back and we will repair or replace it at no charge.
2) What is NOT covered
The warranty does not cover:
- New physical damage after the repair (drops, cracks, bent frames).
- Water or liquid damage that occurs after the repair.
- Unauthorized modifications by another shop or DIY work that affects our repair.
- Issues unrelated to the original service performed.
- Normal wear and tear (light scratches, cosmetic changes over time).
3) WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST DATA.
Please keep in mind that we will not access your personal information or any data stored on your device. During the repair process, our technicians might need to power off or reset your device for safety reasons. This may cause data loss, and we will not be responsible for any lost data. Please back up data stored on your device before handing it to our staff.
4) WE DO NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AFTER THE REPAIR.
Our technicians repair your device based on your request. We perform a pre-checklist to diagnose what is wrong and fix only the parts you authorize. If we are unable to perform a pre-checklist (for example, the device cannot power on) or if you do not authorize us to fix the parts we recommend, we do not assume responsibility for additional functions that fail to work properly after the repair. Such issues are not covered under this warranty and will be fixed at the customer’s expense.
5) HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
- Bring the device in. Visit us at 3588 Golden Triangle Blvd, Ste 100, Fort Worth, TX 76244. No appointment needed.
- We inspect the repair. Our technician will check whether the issue is a part defect, workmanship issue, or new damage.
- If it is covered, we fix it free of charge. Parts and labor included. Most warranty repairs are completed the same day.
The warranty follows the device, not the owner — if you sell the phone, the warranty transfers with it. A receipt is helpful but not required; we keep records of every repair.
6) OTHERS
If you have your device repaired at Oasis Savvy and it later does not work properly for any reason — even physical or water damage — feel free to contact us. Even if it does not qualify under this warranty, we may offer you a discount or run a quick fix at no charge depending on the situation. Stop by the store for details.
II. Refund Policy
This policy applies only to accessories we sell, not to the repair services we offer. If you are not satisfied with a product we provide, or if the product does not function properly, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. We will refund your money if you return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. We will not process exchanges, returns, or refunds without proof of purchase. We may refuse a request if the product is physically damaged.
