Reasons for this refund and warranty policy
We are having this Refund and Warranty Policy in order to protect our customers’ right and to commit to high quality service. You may dissatisfied with our service or our product when the device or product does not work properly. Please understand that we are not manufacturer. We do not produce the parts used to repair your device or the products we sell. Even though we commit to use the high quality parts and products, we are not able to control the quality of every item. The part or product, therefore, might function improperly. We call they are defective items. We are willing to replace these items with no extra charge. Please read carefully the details of two parts of this policy.
I. Warranty Policy
ALL WIRELESS REPAIR SERVICES AT OASIS SAVVY – CELL PHONE REPAIR ARE UNDER THIS WARRANTY POLICY. WE ARE NOT ISSUING THE REFUND FOR ANY REPAIR SERVICES. INSTEAD, WE OFFER THE WARRANTY ON THE PART WE USE TO REPAIR YOUR DEVICE. PLEASE READ THE DETAILS BELOW:
1) FOR THE PHONE / TABLET BATTERY REPLACEMENT
The phone battery replacement will be covered under 3-month-warranty since the day you have this service at Oasis Savvy.
If you experience any unusual and rapid drop in battery level within 3 months since you have your phone battery replaced with us, you are welcome back to Oasis Savvy. Our technician will replace a new battery for you. The warranty is not applied to any physical damage or water damage.
2) FOR ANY OTHER PHONE / TABLET REPAIRS
If you have your phone repaired with us, we provide the lifetime warranty for the part we use to repair your phone. This warranty does not include phone battery replacement and is not applied to any physical damage or water damage.
3) FOR ANY OTHER REPAIRS / REPLACEMENT
We do not provide the warranty for other repairs / replacement on the other devices like watches or computers. However, we make sure your device works when you have a service with us. So, please check your device before you leave. If there is a problem, please visit us to get more advice.
4) WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST DATA.
Please keep in mind that we will not access your personal information or any data stored in your phone. During the repair process, our technicians might need to turn off or reset your device due to the safety. This might cause the lost data and we will not responsible for any lost data. Please back up your data stored in your device before handing it to our staff.
5) WE DO NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AFTER THE REPAIR.
Our technicians will repair your device based on your requirement. However, we will perform a pre-checklist to diagnose what is wrong with your device and fix only parts with your agreement and authorization. If we are unable to perform a pre-checklist (such as your phone was unable to be turned on) or if you do not agree or authorize us to fix the parts that we recommend, we do not assume responsibility for additional functions not working properly after the repair. Any functions not working properly after the repair due to these reasons are not covered under the repair and warranty policy. They will be fixed at the expenses of the customer.
If you have your device repaired at Oasis Savvy, then it does not work properly due to any reason, even physical damage or water damage. Feel free to contact us back to get the best solutions. Even if it does not qualify for the warranty under this policy, we might offer you a discount to have it fixed or we run a quick fix without extra charge, depending on situation. We suggest you stop by our store to know more details.
II. Refund Policy
This policy is applied to only accessories we sell, not for the repair service we offer. If you are not satisfied with the product we provide or if the product does not function properly, you can return or exchange the product you buy from us within 30 days. We will refund your money in the case you return the product within 30 days since the purchase date. We will not process the exchange, return and refund if you are not able to provide the receipt. We might refuse your request if the product is physically damaged.
